My heart is happiest when it is Home -

a place I call Sanctuary - a place I belong.

After work, a trip  - any  time away from

 where my heart knows I should be,

reconnecting with the familiar

nurturing energy I need  fills my heart

with peace and comfort.

I can take that quiet joy with me

when I go out into the world again,

and  maybe I can share

the Home in my Heart with others.
