Text Box: This frameless, acid free, light - fast paper sculpture is made with  short cotton fibers (for detail) & strong Philippine abaca  fibers (for strength). It is humidity-proof and sealed in an archival polymer which protects the sculpture from  stains. It weighs only 9 pounds and can be hung even in a sunny room. Only requires occasional dusting. Each “White House, Canyon De Chelly” paper sculpture is unique.  Though details are very consistent from one to the next, subtle textural variations occur within each casting. The hand-painted streaks that simulate the desert varnish and mineral stains cannot be matched twice. Therefore, even though part of a very limited edition of 150, every paper sculpture is essentially a handmade “original”. These paper casts are made one at a time with a strict drying time. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your sculpture after you order it. Shipping is via UPS. All items shipped are fully insured and travel in their own custom - made double shipping boxes.
